ahem... The organizers are Roger Patterson, Brian Raymer, and Paul Leblanc. (otherwise known as Victoria Chess) (and for most events, the primary TD has been Mark)

attendence (main event, other attendees in side events).

1st annual: 41
2nd annual 83

Actually, this last year has been pretty good for attendance with all or most tournaments breaking decade long or more attendance records (e.g. last year's Keres, BC Open, Langley Open, Vancouver Open).
