wwwchesscafe.com has a review of the book: Fighting Chess with Hikaru Nakamura by GM Karsten Mueller and Raymond Stolze. I am rapidly becoming a fan of Karsten Mueller's writings and rely on his updates of endgame positions. In parts of Europe he is known as Mr. Endgame.

Muller is indeed establishing quite a reputation as an endgame specialist.
He does a show on PlayChess and the first episode was absolutely hilarious.:D His special guest was superGM Alexei Shirov. Muller was obviously very excited to be paired with such a super star and his nervousness showed. He began by putting a number of very complex positions to Alexei---positions Muller had studied but Shirov had not seen before. Needless to say, while Alexei is a renowned endgame practitioner himself, he missed some of the nuances as Muller was delighted to point out. Then he invited Alexei to show some of his games but repeatedly interrupted him to the point that smoke was coming out of Shirov's ears. Eventually, Muller gathered himself and shut up for a bit and the show ended up being quite instructive.

Gordon, that is the PERFECT way to describe it! I have seen Shirov unhappy in person, and yes, there are split-second moments when one fears that his combustion is imminent! ;)
