Yes -- Hugh - Vancouver 1975 was the event BEFORE the Keres Memorial which began in 1976.
I played in that event (along with 320 players) at UBC in 1975 and remember Paul Keres winning the Vancouver 1975 event with a score of 8.5-1.5

As of today (April 12) after the early bird deadline we have 63 entries which is on track for a record turnout.
