Thanks for posting these games . I really enjoy looking over games of my old students. Kovalyov took huge risks to avoid simplification against Kishor and had he found 21..Rc2!, I suspect he would have won without trouble. Thanks again , Best wishes,Dave Ross

Round 3 highlights: Louie Jiang beat GM Bator Sambuev on board 2. Francois Leveille made sure he arrived on time today (he showed up yesterday at 6 pm for the 1 pm round), and won nicely. 16 out of the first 17 board results were decisive. The only draw lasted over 80 moves with the player down a P in a minor piece and P's ending trying to win.
