    I don't yet have the files for the Canadian Open Final Standings or Wallchart, but here is the list of the Prize Winners:


    GM Nigel Short (ENG) and GM Eric Hansen finished with 7.5/9, with the title going to GM Nigel Short on tie-breaks.

    Thanks for keeping ChessTalkers up to speed on this great event! This was the first time that I actually had to work with you, and in my books...you are awesome! Congrats on making this event spectator friendly, responding to questions etc... and from my perspective...making my life simple on-site :)

      Thanks Larry. :o

      In case it hasn't been mentioned online, Larry loaned us lots of sets (and maybe some clocks too, I wasn't part of that arrangement), without which the colossal turnout we had for the CYCC might have turned ugly.

      PM to Larry: I found your poster board for the NAYC, I'll drop it off at SG tomorrow... if I wake up before 5pm. :p


      OK, enough of the John and Larry love-in; I need a nap. :)
