Quebec Open Rd6 Top 4 Boards
GM Bruzon is in clear first with 5/6. IMs Hambleton, Panjwani and Gerzhoy are in a group of 8 with 4.5/6.

GM Sulskis won a marathon game in the only decisive game on the top 4 boards. There was plenty of action in Chirila-Gerzhoy with black on the attack in the Semi-Slav but the top two boards produced only quiet draws.

GM Bruzon beat IM Gerzhoy's French Defence is spectacular fashion.
GM Rozentalis could not convert a promising position against GM Moradiabadi and had to settle for a draw.
GM Sambuev made a positional exchange sac against IM Panjwani and later they drew.
GM Sulskis played a marathon but got nowhere in a fascinating Q+P vs. RBN battle against GM Kovalyov.
