Lily Zhou won U1800 1st place by tie break, shared the 1st.2nd combined prize with Mario Piccinin. Lily's USCF rating is now 1772, almost 200 higher than CFC and 400 higher than her FIDE rating.
in same section, Rohan Talukdar tied 3rd also won cash prize $, Zhehai Zhang tied U1600 2nd also brought home $$,
In U1400, Ellen Tao tied 2nd, won $$

in U1000, a couple of Windsor kids won trophies.

btw, while the organizer Alan handled the checks to the kids, he joked with CFC president Vlad: "Windsor kids always bring home money in Michigan tournaments, USCF received thank you letter from Canadian Reveue, thanks for helping Canadian economy" :)
