  • How to win in three moves

    http://youtu.be/ZJpBy1gVsTs
    (a short movie in Russian)
    A translation:

After White moves Qh5, he picks up King and says "Yours with a hole too?".
Black takes too and confirms - "Yeah." Places back and moves d5. White argues that touch-move, will call an arbiter.... Black agrees with Ke7. After that follows Qe5 "Mate" LOL

My favorite goes like this: 1.e4 e5 2.Bc4 Nf6 3.Qxf7 mate. Of course the last move is illegal, but it is mate on the board, and mate ends the game, and you can't really protest once the game is over...

Not recommended for tournament play! :)

I guess black could claim either of the following:
Article 12: The conduct of the players

      12.1

The players shall take no action that will bring the game of chess into disrepute.

      12.6

It is forbidden to distract or annoy the opponent in any manner whatsoever. This includes unreasonable claims, unreasonable offers of a draw or the introduction of a source of noise into the playing area.

Of course it looks like a super casual "street rules" type of game so even touch move may be suspect.
