  • 2015 Aurora Spring Open - final countdown - one day

There were several last minute pre-reg entries making ~88 players wishing to come and fight :)

The pre-reg list was split into sections: http://springopen-2015.aucc.club/pre...ered-players-2 Glad to see the U2000 section filled with FIDE rated players.

Some important information about CFC membership renewals, requested byes, and play-ups are listed at http://springopen-2015.aucc.club/bye...ewals-play-ups

Chess sets and clocks will be provided for tournament games. Bring your own for analyzes or other chess variants.

If you missed a pre-registration but still want to play - come early Saturday morning. Details about the tournament http://springopen-2015.aucc.club/tournament-details/

Serious chess and fun are waiting you at the 2015 Aurora Spring open :)

As I paid my membership 3 months ago and it has still not been updated is it possible for me to purchase the membership again and receive the year plus the additional .75 of the year that I am still owed? I'd like to stop being questioned about my membership at every tournament I go to so perhaps this would solve this.
University and Chess, a difficult mix.

Adam, what you need is a Life Membership. Never have to renew and your payment goes to the Chess Foundation of Canada where you will be immortalized.

Adam, yes that is an option.
But I would prefer members exert peer pressure on delinquent organizers.
