It is less than a month now before our first annual Oakville Chess Challenge which will have two tournaments in ONE day.

Open section both FIDE and CFC rated

Regular price ends on Nov 5, 2018 which is ONE week away.

Potentially for a player in the Open section, you stands to win $ 460 for a one day effort

We have finally crossed over "40" players now. More than half of our target of 70 players. About ten registered over last week and one from London.

Remember that the dateline before price increase is Nov 5, 2018 ( Monday ). Don't miss the dateline if you intend to play.

One day tournament where the prize money is more than $ 2,000 ( based on 70 players )

We have an IM on board for our 1st annual Oakville Rapid and Blitz tournament. We also have quite a number of registrations from Brantford.
