2 more additions last night which brings up to 70 players which co-incide with our expectation.

Boards set up for 76-80 players in a room good for 100 players ie pretty spacious for everyone.

Nice hotel with Denny restaurant on the group floor and a Steak House restaurant next door. Shopping outlet in 1 minute drive from the venue which is great for the Chess moms.

$2k pay out for this 2 tournaments combined.

FIDE rated for both Rapid and Blitz for Open section and will be reflected in the Dec 1 FIDE rating

See you guys in a few hours

as a participant in the rapid section of the tournament I'd like to extend my own thanks and appreciation to Gary and Egis and all the volunteers who made the tournament a great success,

we may need a larger venue for next year!

Thanks TC for your feedback. We take note of your point and will certainly try to get a bigger venue which will at least fits in 120-150 without feeling cramped.

This is our first rapid and blitz tournament so we do not know how many players will play but we are confident that this tournament format will work out.

Thanks for your support and participation and hope you will continue to support our tournaments.

                      All feedback are most welcome.

                      Cheers

By FIDE probably after several days, closer to Dec 1.
