Pierre Elliott Trudeau High School, 90 Bur Oak Ave, Markham.
Time
First round begins at 12pm, award ceremony around 5:30pm
Please plan your arrival 20 minutes before the first round start.
Sections (Year of birth)
U8 (2011 and later), U10 (2009/2010), U12 (2007/2008),
U14 (2005/2006), U16 (2003/2004), U18 (2001/2002)
Sections may merge if less than 6 players
Format
CFC active rating, five rounds rapid with Swiss system
25 minutes per round time control,
Clock to be used at organizer’s discretion
Bye
0-point byes are available for all rounds, must be applied by 20:00pm, Friday, March 8
CYCC Qualifier
For all players finish with 2.5 points or higher, you can register CYCC at https://saskchess.org/2019-cycc
Entry Fee
Early bird $30 if paid by 23:59 Feb 28, 2019
$40 since March 1st
No refund, please contact organizer for family emergency
Registration
Online registration (till 20:00 March 8), if choose register online but pay with cash, you must print the registration record and bring the record and cash to CYCC reception (till 20:00, March 7).
Offline registration, fill registration form at CCYC Reception during school time (cash only, till 20:00, March 7)

Awards
Trophy for 1st place in each section (play-off may required)
