    Top rated Canadians at the World open are Leonid Gerzhoy and Olivier Kenta Chiku Ratte Both Razvan and Rohan have withdrawn. There are about a dozen Canadians in the top section, and more scattered throughout the other sections. To be noted is the number of juniors who are playing here rather than at the CYCC. http://www.chessevents.com

                      I believe William Graif is a Canadian citizen, but lives in New York state (and has for some years). He has played in past CYCC's even with a US address.
