Top rated Canadians at the World open are Leonid Gerzhoy and Olivier Kenta Chiku Ratte Both Razvan and Rohan have withdrawn. There are about a dozen Canadians in the top section, and more scattered throughout the other sections. I believe William Graif is a Canadian citizen, but lives in New York state (and has for some years). He has played in past CYCC's even with a US address.Comment
