Fabiano won a marvelous ending against Alireza . What players they are. Alireza is going to play against the surprising David Howell. Has the many hours, he spends commenting on the games of the best players in the game improved his game ? Maybe. Tomorrow we'll have Alireza- Howell and MVL- Caruana. MVL Caruana is going to be a great game .

Rd 10 https://www.chessbomb.com/arena/2021...torov_Nodirbek Another lesson from Aronian on black taking the bishop on f4. Whose bishop is better? Answer: White's after Be4! and Bd3
Interesting opening from Shirov https://www.chessbomb.com/arena/2021...exei-Yu_Yangyi after White's 14.a4 the computer changed its evaluation from - to + 0.5 (Its rare to see a - evaluation for several moves and then on a move such as a4 to swing to +)
I like MVL's plan out of the opening with good knight vs bad bishop. White must be better.
A virtual miniature by Vincent Keymer leaves him in great position going into the last round.

Alireza won the tournament, he is gonna be a candidate and he's number 4 in the world, What a result for Alireza. He also seems to be improving his endgame. That guy is going to be hard to stop. Only 18. He plays incredible and interesting almost all the time. There will be a tiebreak between Fabiano and Gregory Oparin. Hope Fabi gets it. He seems to be back in form.
