Cute tactics on the E-file in the Dominguez - MVL game, definitely the game to watch.

This years Sinquefeld Cup winner is between Caruana and Dominguez depending on how they do in the last round.

Caruana wins in the last round and wins the Sinquefeld Cup with +3 and 6 out of 9. A dominating performance especially as he had no wins at the half. Dominguez needed to win against Aronian to keep up but couldnt do it.

Caruana's rating has now gone over 2800. Lets hope he stays there for a while

Fabiano has had a phenomenal year, including that he is much improved in rapid and blitz. He is back clearly at number 2. What a player. He has a lot of chance to become WC in the absence of Magnus.,

There is an endgame in the Fabi Archangel course which arise after about 25 moves where black has R and 6 pawns vs R, N and 3 pawns which Fabi analyses for 15 minutes in the video. What preparation.
