Hi Bob,
In your list I don't see some Canadian players above 80 y.o. who have played in a FQE rated tournament in the last two years. Not all FQE tournaments are CFC rated (in fact very few are), so a lot of players are missing IMHO.

Try age >= 79 (as of 2024/01/01) and <= 98 (gets rid of the players with no DOB)

Your list includes players with no birth date, but I think I know how to eliminate them. I'll experiment and give you the parameters.
