Was your vote cast to elect the members of this board?

If you have no idea for whom your votes were cast, you can say that. There was no right or wrong reply to my question.

Maybe a governors letter would tell you how Bob voted your shares.

            Hi Ken:

In fact, it ended up that I had more proxies than I was allowed to hold, and had to give yours up. I believe your proxy went to the E.D. to vote, but I'd have to check the minutes to be sure.

              Hi Egis:

              But the presidency was a squeaker - Van Dusen - 13; Lavin - 12.

Don't know if David now regrets not having sent in his proxy.

              Bob

P.S. I know the draft GL # 2 was in the hands of the Executive to review about a week ago.

Just moments before the start of the AGM, I overheard this conversation between two waiters in Cocoa's Restaurant:

Waiter #1: "What the heck am I supposed to do with Ken Craft's proxy?"

Waiter #2: "Who the heck is Ken Craft?"

                  :)
