    Wouldn't 61.Rf7+ save the draw ?
    After 61...Ke8 62.Rg7!
White would have time to move his rook to a1 and "walk" the king to b3 to capture the Black pawn that would have reached a2.

    Is this right ?

seems clear to me. Even with 61...Kc8, 62.Rf8+, Kb7 63.Rxa8, Kxa8 64.Kc4, Kb7 65.Kb4, Kc6 66.Kxa4 the king should get back in time to hold the H-pawn? Yes?
