Also in the Challengers in the game Bok vs Nguyen. Crazy endgame. Who knows what is going on?

In the Challengers Erwin L'Ami is lost against Vaishali but he keeps finding resourceful moves. Will he keep finding them? We hope so and its also fun to watch.

On a lesser note Caruana is lost against Warmerdam but he keeps throwing nasty tactical tricks. Its fun to watch.

Lots of drama still going on in the last round. Keymer vs Pragga Q,B, N and 5 pawns and both sides but bishops of opposite colors. All pieces and pawns on one sid of the board. Looks drawn. The computer says that Pragga is lost but the players don't see that. Will Pragga hold it? Thats the burning question.

Bok was better against Nguyen but missed his incredible sockdolager 30...b4 in answer to Be1. After 31.axb4, Rc1! and White was bound by the pin. That is probably what Bok missed and he is now losing!

With this win Suleymanli finishes with 9.5 and in clear first, currently a point ahead in the Challengers. The onus is on L'Ami and Nguyen to win their games to catch up? Can they do it? Oh, the drama and the tension!

Rd Bulmaga tried to attack but Suleymanli found the loophole and Bulmaga's pieces were awkwardly placed and she lost.

Stunning news. If you guessed Gukesh - you're most probably wrong. Gukesh was white against Erigaisi, gambled, played a desperate attack and lost!

In the Challengers after round 12 a three way tie for first L'Ami, Nguyen, and Suleymanli with 8.5. Who do you pick to win in the last round?
