Rd 12 Gukesh draws and Gukesh and Pragga are tied for first going into the last round. Its a two man race and an Indian is going to win it!

Rd 12 L'Ami's king walked to the other side and then into the center but if he wins this he's a chess Houdini. Likely draw.

Rd 12 Everything worked for Yakubboev after Pijpers went offside with his pieces. Smothered checkmate at the end was icing on the cake.

Rd 12 Pragga first decisive game. He went after the king, sacked a knight on a6, other knight to f5 and d6, sacked the queen on b7 and voila checkmate! He's in the drivers seat with one round left for him! Lets see if Gukesh can keep up!

Rd 11. Abdusattarov couldn't win that endgame, so draw. Its a three man race with Gukesh half a point ahead of Abdusattarov and Pragga. Two rounds left to play.

Erwin does it. His win against Lu does a role reversal. L'Ami is in clear first with 8. Nguyen is tied for second (with Suleymanli) with 7.5 Close race in the Challengers with Bok and Svane at 7.
