I found the link, after a struggle. Here (if I've got the link right) is Rohan's win against the top-rated guy in the section. Chess-Results.com - Partien

Rohan won in round 7, and is leading by a half point with 2 games to go. He has 6/7. Does anyone know what score is needed for an IM norm? I believe Rohan has 2 IM norms already.

                  He's already an IM.

Oh, yes, how could I have failed to notice the "IM" after his name! :-) It seems I read the same way I play chess... missing the obvious.

We chatted briefly after the tournament but we were both quite tired. He was travelling next day had to get ready. The six day/ one week format is very popular here with two organizers using it. And there are two other organizers with 1 game per day formats. Be careful of those who don't advertise fees up front and be careful in general.
