Hello everyone, attention: Mario Piccini

We are trying to form our team (Manila Chess Club) to join your rapid tournament tomorrow.
But we still need to resolve some issues tonight -the most important of which is who will be our board 1 player:

Tentatively, our line -up looks like this:

1. GM* Andrew Picana
2. GM Wesley So
3. FM Eddie Teodoro
4. NM Erwin Casareno

If GM* Picana confirms his participation in our meeting tonight, then we will field a team.

Please note that our participation is still hanging inthe balance.

We hope that your rapid tournament will be bolstered by the appearance of our 2 GMs.

Since there is no rapid tournament tomorrow of Vlad Dobrich, then there is a big chance for us to come and play.

Just letting the GTA community know of our intention.

The KW Annual Team Tournament is coming up on 16 June and the following info is provided.

2012 KW June Quick Team Tournament
City: Kitchener, Ontario
Date: Saturday, June 16, 2012
Place: Kitchener City Hall, 200 King Street West
Rds: 5 Round
Times: 10:00am, 11:30am, 1:00pm, 2:30pm, 4:00pm
TC: G/25 + 10 sec inc.
Entry fee: $50 per team of 4 players.
CFC membership for each player is required.
Prizes: Trophies and prize fund based on entries.
Registration: 9:00am - 9:45am at the door or email (below).
Register by email by June 9th for a $10 discount.
