      Among the participants is Slobodan Krstic, listed as playing for Australia. I recall he played in Toronto back in the 1970's. A quick check of an old CFC Bulletin rating list confirmed it.

          After 7/11 rounds ( last round on Saturday ), Can. IM Leon Piasetski is in a 9-way tie for 6th place at 5/7 pts. The sole leader, IM Jens Kristiansen of Denmark , has 6/7 pts..

                          I believe the name of Ian Findlay is sometimes being incorrectly used in this thread, instead of the more senior Mr. Finlay.
