Today is a rest day, but if you were asking this time on another day you'd have still missed them. They start at 7:30AM EST except for the last day.

All of this is easily found on their website though.

After I posted, I went to do some homework on my own and found the info too, on the website which I located:

1. All rounds begin at 13.30 hours ( EST is 6 hrs behind the Netherlands, or as you say, 7:30 AM EST is already 13:30 PM their local time ), except for the last round on January 27th, which begins at 12.00 hours ( will be 6:00 AM EST ).

2. There are rest days: on January 16th ( today ), 21st, and 24th.

3. Round 5 - Thursday the 17th

In Rd. 4, Anand played a spectacular game ( some are calling it the Anand “ Immortal “ ). At one point, Vishy was down an N + P, and had R, B & N attacked, but had a " winning " advantage! This is a “ must-play-over “ game. This win lifted him into a 3-way tie for first after 4 rounds with Karjakin and Carlsen.
