                Geneva Open 2013 Final Standings
                GMs Cornette and Bauer shared 1st-2nd with 8/9. IM Hambleton was clear 3rd with 6.5/9. Oussedik has a strong 2194 performance to end with 4.5/9.

                  Michael, I think you've confused Elias and my own opponents. Although Elias didn't get a GM scalp against Le Roux (that was me!) he did cause several IM's to reevaluate their chess. I think Elias gained 100+ ELO over the few tournaments we played this summer... he's underrated and dangerous :D

                        2 lightly annotated games and a summary.[Yes, Hans there is a Hansen game]

                        GM Bruzon remains in the lead with a massive 7.5/8 score. Bruzon Just keeps on winning. He defeated Doroshenko when the latter got too ambitious on the kingside but Bruzon had to win the game twice. GM Short beat GM Hansen after the latter had a fully satisfactory position but overlooked a simple tactic.

                            DC International 2013
                            IM Cheng was clear 2nd and also scored a GM norm. IM Gerzhoy did well too with 5/9. Other Canadian results were FM Kleinman 4.5; Yuanchen Zhang and Chan,James with 4.

                            Cheng-Kaidanov(rd3) lightly annotated.
