            Sorry - no live games.
            Round 3: The six 2/2 scores met: Lesiege 1/2 Milicevic; Sambuev 1-0 Yu; Roussel-Roozman appeared to be getting mated by Chiku-Ratte, only parried by giving up a N. But R-R's 2 or 3 P's for the piece may hold. Watch chess-results for the complete results.

              When a Title Player withdrew from a tournament because he/she is already out from the prize money, was there a penalty for that or its a privilege for them?

                They are allowed to withdraw without any penalty (for pretty much all tournaments in Quebec). However, if that player was offered any kind of financial incentive to play (usually for GMs), then it's unlikely they will get the money and be invited in the future...
