Alireza was lucky to win the Sinquefeld cup, he had lost positions against So and Mamediarov, but but he is the shiniest young star at the moment. What a talent, amazing ! His game are always a pleasure to watch. And he is starting to improve his endgame skills at the moment. And alongside him, you have Gukesh, Erigasi, Abdusattarov, Pragg, Sarin, Niemann, Xiong and some young chinese player we don't know yet.

Just to recap as the Sinquefeld Cup unfolded. Magnus came and with a first round win against Nepo started to make the tournament "his". Then in round 3 he was knocked out by Hans Niemann. This gave Wesley So the opportunity to take over first and he led for several rounds. He was winning against Firoujza and couldnt finish. So that ended up with Nepo and Firoujza both having excellent chances to win the tournament in the last round. Nepo couldnt beat Hans Niemann. In the playoffs Firoujza beat Nepo to win the Sinquefeld Cup. What an exciting tournament! - also made exciting thanks to the great commentary!

Yes, Yasser and Peter are a great team and I find Alejandro Ramirez very good also. Wesley So must be very angry at himself to miss a relatively easy win and to play the horrible g6 at the end,
Took about 2 minutes for Alireza to find Ba3 ! and e6 !
