Miaori Lu tried attacking Chucky but Chucky was having none of it. Instead he took over key squares and won. Chucky has his third win and is now only a point back of the leaders.

Erdogmus beat Erigiasi in fine tactical style sacking the exchange and using the two bishops. The endgame with the advancing rook pawns reminded me of vintage Spassky. Erdogmus is the real deal!

Rd 7 Masters Keymer just fell apart (as White!) against Abdusattarov. In the middle game two dubious moves and a blunder and the endgame was easy for Abdusattarov.

Oro held the draw. A big step in the right direction.
