Is there a URL where up-to-date results can be seen in some sort of a X-Table? The only one I can find is up to round 3 for the Open, I can't find the Invitational at all.

    Thanks.

I wish more organizers in Canada would use chess-results.com . It's just simply the best website for tournament crosstables and that's why it is used in Europe for most tournaments.

You need Swiss-Manager pairing program http://swiss-manager.at/
199 Euro for the full version
99 Euro for the light version (Swiss System up to 60 participants / 11 rounds, round robin analogy with full version, team-round robin up to 6 teams)

CFC has a deal with SwissSys. You can download it for free from CFC website.

And I wish the CFC had made a deal with Swiss-Manager!
Swiss-Manager is a far better program than SwissSys.

Mr. Panagiotis Nikolopoulos (Chairman of FIDE Arbiters Commission) told me that as far as he knows Swiss-Manager is the only software following the FIDE pairing rules without any mistakes, so no human intervention required. This is the reason why he recommends using it for all FIDE events tournaments.

Andrei is right. We usually use Swiss-Sys for all our tournaments except for the invitational section of the Quebec Open, which requires a software approved by the FIDE.

There are people in Canada, myself included, who have been pushing for Swiss-Manager.

Congrats to Nikolay Noritsyn for his defeat of Eduardas Rozentalis in round 5. He not only won, he did it with antlers (panache !?).

I see that he has even more recently defeated Sambuev in round 6.

Yes, incredible performance by Noritsyn. He has very good chances of getting a GM norm! His FIDE performance is actually of 2719!
