BTW, isn't Eric's best possible result equal 3rd? Andriasian and Ernst have 7 as of this moment according to the site.
I suppose that's true. I was counting the point scores e.g. 6.5 is the second-highest score in the tournament, but yes its the third place.

The front page is the blog.

Latest post says Cappelle La Grande 2013.

There is a PGN board viewer first thing on the page.

                      Select...

                        Hi Aman:

I must be really thick. On the blog page, this is what I see:

Won round 1 against French IM Payan (2325 FIDE) with the black pieces. He used the London System and I wandered around the position without a clue until mutual time trouble before seizing the advantage after a couple of bad moves by white. It was fairly smooth sailing afterwards and a good start to my first French adventure!

I don't see any chess board or " select ".

Still need further help on this - sorry.

                          Bob

There is nothing wrong with you as I had the same problem.

-From Explorer the PGN viewer is not visible(not sure why). It may be because of the version or security settings
-From Google Chrome everthing appears as supposed to with the PGN viewer under the Cappelle text entry

If you are ever having problems loading something, just assume it's because of Internet Explorer. Why people still use this browser is unbelievable.
