    Every summer I play blitz games (5 mins) on a giant chess board (much bigger than the one on the picture)... It requires a lot of cardio (especially if your opponent doesn't resign).

      My favourite example were the people in Budapest, at the mineral spas, that played sitting in the hot water pool outside. Relaxing, get fit by swimming between games and soak in the hot mineral water. When you want to cool off go into the indoor mineral water pools or the big regular outdoor temp pool What's not to like?
