That looks good except that it drops the d4 pawn.

    Maybe after Bxg6......
Brick walls hurt, but are effective for banging against repeatedly. For future reference, cardboard walls are fun too :)

I think Ne5 is better. If they take our pawn, we take on g6 with the Bishop, threatening mate in two and their Knight.

We need more ChessTalkers to join our international competition team, so we can break the tie !!

I'd like to change my mind and vote for 12.Qd2.

looked a little bit more. Ne5 fine but have some drawbacks - to bring the White queen into the game (d1-h5) the Black knight must be removed but this may open a f-file. No need for these complications.

Thus, I choose Qd2 to come on h6 and, at least, to prepare a long castle. :)

I vote for Bd3. Develop all pieces as I was taught. Black is completely lost anyways:)

                    12. Qd2 is the winner. Lots of good posting folks :).

Australia, to no surprise, has spent a great deal of time deciding on Qe8.

                      1.e4 g6 2.d4 e6 3.Nc3 Bg7 4.h4 d5 5.Nf3 Nf6 6.e5 Nfd7 7.Bg5 f6 8.exf6 Nxf6 9.h5 0-0 10.hxg6 hxg6 11.Bd3 Nc6 12.Qd2 Qe8

I also vote for the aggressive 13.Bh6 ( I was tempted though, by the more conservative 13.0-0-0 ).

                              Sounds good to me.

As usual, Australia has taken quite a while to decide on 13. ...e5.
