          Number of possible moves here : ....b6; ...h5; ....h6; .....Kh8.

          I vote for what I think is the most aggressive move - 17...h5.

          W cannot take the bP, and must deal with the threat to the B. I don't see that 18.c5+ does any particular damage.

              Well, 18. c5+ followed by 19. cxd6 cxd6, and Black's d-pawn is isolated, which could be an endgame problem.
              And, c5+ could expose the Black King a little bit.
              Just thought I'd point that out.

                          I vote for 18...Qe7, attacking the N.

                          This does allow W to capture the b7P, but we will later recapture the b2P. I don't see this as being detrimental to us.
