Election 2024
The REAL News (TRN) Projection at 11:30 PM EST, Tues., Nov. 5, 2024:
The Barbarians are about to breach the gates.
All must make for Helms Deep.
The cold winds of the Wicked Witch will now blow hard and for some time.
We fear that legally and incrementally, Fascism will be implemented.
The glass ceiling remains in place.
Republicans will gain control of the Senate.
Republicans have had control of the House of Representatives - some chance still for the Democratic Party, but too close right now to call.
Hunker down world; keep hope; this too shall pass!

Everyone should be reminded of the Red Mirage / Blue Shift.
Due to voting patterns and vote counting procedures, Republican leaning rural areas get counted first, causing a false impression of a Trump lead.
But then Democrat leaning urban areas get counted later, causing the Blue Shift.
This is all well known in advance, and happened in 2020. It will happen again tomorrow.
This video will explain it better than myself.

So don't believe Trump claims if he takes an early lead in the counting. You need to count all the votes before declaring a winner.

Vlad you speak of 'murdering' squirrels, but are ok with someone murdering a human being on a subway, because he MIGHT be about to do something. Subdue, don't kill. Why are you so outraged by a squirrel, but not a human being ended?
No I don't know what you said in 2017? What was it? Did you actually state that it was deplorable, heinous, barbaric? If so, display the evidence. I'm not the one making the grandiose declarations, I'm just mentioning your hypocrisy at one-siding all things. The left isn't all bad, the right isn't all bad. But there has been a great devolvement of public discourse into tribal thinking that my side is not only always correct, but that also means a need to debase those that aren't in agreement.
You only mention that someone was attacked for wearing MAGA gear. Only when you were challenged were some of the details given. One random attack is now a reason to blame all democrats. Again, can I find a story about right-wing extremists attacking others? Heather Heyer was actually killed because she thought differently than her assailant.
From ABC news (I know, I know, MSM bad)
"After a Latino gas station attendant in Gainesville, Florida, was suddenly punched in the head by a white man, the victim could be heard on surveillance camera recounting the attacker’s own words: “He said, ‘This is for Trump.'" Charges were filed but the victim stopped pursuing them.
When police questioned a Washington state man about his threats to kill a local Syrian-born man, the suspect told police he wanted the victim to "get out of my country," adding, "That’s why I like Trump."
Reviewing police reports and court records, ABC News found that in at least 12 cases perpetrators hailed Trump in the midst or immediate aftermath of physically assaulting innocent victims. In another 18 cases, perpetrators cheered or defended Trump while taunting or threatening others. And in another 10 cases, Trump and his rhetoric were cited in court to explain a defendant's violent or threatening behavior."

Personally, because I believe in Earth as a place meant for evil and suffering, I think Trump gets back in the White House.
I just watched the counting of ballots on Dixville Notch, NH. There were a total of 6 resident voters there and once they had all cast their ballots, legally they could close the voting and count the ballots. The result: 3 for Trump, 3 for Harris.
Perhaps a harbringer of the overall results because the residents were 4 registered Republicans and 2 undeclared. That means at least 1 registered Republican voted for Harris ... 1 out of 4. If that happens nationwide, Trump loses. We may all have to give a big thanks to Liz Cheney.
If rhe 2 undeclared voted for Trump, then 3 of the 4 registered Republicans voted for Harris.

Acting erratically on a subway shouldn't be a death sentence. He's charged with negligent homicide, which it was.
Wearing branded political wear a while voting in person is not legal. What's the confusion?
Tell me Rob, do you recall anything I said in 2017? Were you somehow present for my conversations?
I don't recall your indignation at all the women and girls and men and boys murdered and raped because of the Biden/Harris open border policy.
It does not seem useful to engage with people suffering with Trump derangement syndrome.
The squirrel and raccoon murdered by the New York hit squad that descended upon a couple of citizens of that state is relevant because of the pattern that it represents of not defending law abiding citizens and targeting citizens with lawfare and absurd policies. It is even slightly possible that Peanut will impact the election. We'll see tonight or maybe next week when vote counting is shut down long enough to manufacture the ballots needed to overcome the Trump lead at the end of election.
Simply taking a subway should not be a death sentence or result in a horrific attack either and in too many instances due to the policies of Kamala Harris, that has been the outcome. Unfortunately the mentally ill man that died in this incident may or may not have been about to initiate such an outcome.
The person attacked in Bath was at a grocery store, not at a voting booth. If you label half the country as fascists then it is okay to attack them and assassinate their candidates and them.
Welcome to Thunderdome.

The Charlottesville incident was horrific, and the driver, James Alex Fields Jr., was not just a "radical" but identified as having white supremacist views. His actions were condemned widely across the political spectrum, including by then-President Trump, who, despite his comments about "both sides," also explicitly condemned white supremacists and Nazis immediately after the "fine people both sides" comment that referred to those arguing whether or not the confederate era statue remained in place, but that video of the news conference was conveniently cut short to make Trump appear as a racist supporting Nazi.
I can assure you there are many things I vehemently disagree with former President Trump on, but this is not one of them that was an unjustified political smear.Last edited by Sid Belzberg; Monday, 4th November, 2024, 01:43 AM.

Limited range of predictions for 2024 U.S. Presidential race:
1) Democratic Party wins the national popular vote, as it has in all but one election since 1992 inclusive (2004);
2) Democratic vote total national margin will be less than it was in 2020, which was about 7 million;
3) Fewer total ballots cast than in 2020 (that was more than 158 million, an all-time record);
4) Winning candidate earns fewer total votes than Joe Biden did in 2020 (more than 81 million, an all-time record);
5) Total minor party voting totals (those other than Democratic and Republican) will eclipse the candidate's winning margin in at least one of the 51 electoral college regions (50 states plus District of Columbia), with the most likely being Michigan and Wisconsin;
6) Losing major party candidate will poll fewer votes than Donald Trump did in 2020 (more than 74 million, also an all-time record for a losing candidate).
