Don't expect anything detailed from Dilip or any other Libertarian. I asked him for details too and he hasn't me either. Libertarians can never answer as to the details of how things would work with little government.

Agreed. Look at what is happening now. Trudeau is acting like a completely gutless moral coward, as are the other "politicians", along with the "policing agencies". We in effect HAVE libertarianism now, due to the weaklings running the show. Works great, doesn't it? Maximum freedom, maximum responsibility.
