It is always relevant to remind the following scientific facts in this thread:

'Being unvaccinated is still a major risk factor for dying from COVID. In August 2022 unvaccinated people died at six times the rate of those who got at least the primary series of the vaccine, according to the CDC. And unvaccinated people age 50 and older were 12 times more likely to die than vaccinated and double-boosted peers.'

1. 37 complainants and six private claimants directly harmed by mRNA «vaccinations» (all of whom are specified in the recitals) are filing the present criminal claim to protect their own health and out of legitimate concern for the health of their fellow human beings.

3. 3 Swissmedic is primarily responsible for this threat: By law, it has the central function of protecting the health of the Swiss population. To this end, it must ensure, on the one hand, that only high quality, safe, and effective therapeutic products are placed on the market. On the other hand, it must protect consumers of therapeutic products against fraud (Art. 1 TPA). The notifying parties acting on behalf of Swissmedic failed to comply with these guarantee obligations on several occasions and to a significant extent, which is why they have been under strong suspicion, since December 2020 and up to the present day,

"Today a criminal complaint was filed on behalf of 6 vac damaged people against Swissmedic (the Swiss drug regulator) and vaccinating doctors. The cantonal public prosecutor has already opened proceedings against the still unnamed doctors involved. Looks like a legal precedent."

No. The politicians who violated their duty and violated the rights of the electorate should NEVER be forgiven. The people who supported them should also NEVER be forgiven.
Both groups are simply awful people.

As someone STILL living free of mRNA ... the dark days of COVID-19 have been an eye opener.

Right from the get-go those entities who were (and still are) being supplied with vaccines (pfizer and co. ) KNEW full well that these vaccines could not stop the spread of the virus.

Country-by-country reps from both the unvaccinated and the vaccinated populations should form national committees to publically hold those who were, are still are, accountable.

Then ... and only then ... will we be able to declare our respective communities just a little safer for the children of the world who have yet to come.
